REAL LIFE NEWPORT is a Christian church and has no denominational affiliation. While recognizing the value of associating and cooperating with other groups of Christians, we believe the local church should be elder led.

ABOUT GOD
God is the Creator, Ruler and Sustainer of the universe. There is one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is Holy, Righteous and Just. The only way to have an authentic relationship with God is through Jesus Christ.
ABOUT THE FATHER
God the Father is an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love. He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men and women, hears and answers prayer, and He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through His Son Jesus Christ.
ABOUT JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ has eternally existed with His Father and the Holy Spirit, and God created the universe through Him. Jesus was born of the virgin Mary, took on flesh and blood, and made His dwelling among us. His physical death on the cross saves us from our sin. His bodily resurrection changed the course of history and created the path to eternal life with God.
ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He makes us aware of our need to follow Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. He gives us guidance and leadership on a daily basis so we can obey and understand God’s Word. He lives in every Christian from the moment of Salvation, and we seek to live under His guidance in all situations.
ABOUT THE BIBLE
The Bible is God’s revealed word for all people. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture or error. The Bible is infallible, inerrant, and absolute truth.

Jared and his family have lived in Newport since 2007.
He and his wife Lisa have been married since 1999. They have four children.

Brian is a life-long resident of the Newport Area. Brian and his wife Theresa have 2 grown children (married) and 6 grandchildren. Brian is a local businessman with a heart of serving others.
